PTK is taking the lead on it.

I shipped them my incon manifolds yesterday.

A finished product is probably a good ways out, but Jose can comment on that.

Needless to say, it's in the works.

Yes ForcedInductions and PTK are working on a twin system. We plan to revive the Incon system but with larger turbos, bigger intercoolers...etc. We will be releasing the manifolds first to the public for DIY'ers, and then slowly but surely completeing a full blown system.

Jose do you plan on using Intercoolers or an Intercooler? Would be nice to integrate a intercooler twin inlet single outlet. Any idea of projected time from receiving parts to production, I know it took forever for the single kit to come out from scratch.

I can't speak for PTK or Forced Inductions but I am involved in manufacturing.

Its pretty hard making any kind of an estimate without looking at the parts first!

Do a front mount I/c like the CAS one.
a manual oil pump
and make the bigger turbos so they work with the origional manifolds too.

This way us Incon boys can upgrade our kits.

Thank you and I hope all works well.

The full Incon kit was very impressive, It had everything you could need except for the toilet paper you need after the first run.

How much did the original Incon kit cost, like the one you showed in that picture?

Ok, here is what we would like to see. We want the system to run full T3/T4's, and upgradeable all the way up to custom T70's we have. We are going to TRY to fit them in. This is a project that is going to take a long while to build and re-find all the parts that were used on this system. As for front mount we are probably going to go that direction, since we don't like the dual intercooler setup.

AIR TO WATER

The pumbing and mounting of the heat exchanger is so much easier than a front mount. You could even rear mount the heat exchanger and Co2 spray it because you are far enough away from the intake..

Maybe run a mechanical vaccum pump plumbed on to the top of the engine and relief valve set at 15 inches. Help ring seal, windage, oil control and suck the oil out of the CHRA drain tube back into the pan instead of pumping it... http://www.gzmotorsports.com/vacuum-pump-kits.html

The manifolds looked similar so I figured I'd post it... looks like they have some good ideas.

You could "mini tub" the tunnel to fit larger compressor housings..

Pretty slick, huh?! It's got just about everything... weight distribution, heat management, close proximity to the exhaust manifolds, no sharp turns on the hot pipes...

I would go for that placement in a heartbeat, but Jaguar definitely prefered more footroom over a wider trans tunnel.

They were 4500 I think, then went to 5500.

I first bought 2 used kits on the way to making one mint kit; they were 6000 each.
I think to make that kit today, using U.S parts and labor will cost at least 10g's, the Incon kits were mostly done in Australia, that’s how they keep the cost down. I got lucky and found a 3rd kit from a guy (Steve Baily thank you) who got 99% of his kit but no CHRS.
He sold it to me for 2000 bucks brand new. I sold off the rest of the stuff and made out very good.
He got some cash back from shipping insurance because Incon made it look like the CHRS were lost in shipping. They would send 2 boxes, somehow get insurance on 3 and when only 2 boxed shoed up you could get some cash back somehow from the shipping ins. I herd Incon somehow got f'ed on 50 CHRS getting shipped from Australia and had no insurance on them. That’s when the whole fiasco started with them shipping incomplete kits to try to recoup there loses.

Its funny, I got F'ed from Incon years ago. (but Cartek took the hit for me because I ordered it through them. Gotta love those guys) Then got F'ed from CAS on a twin kit. It’s only when I bought used kits from the guys on this site that I actually got what I was supposed to get. Go figure, the TT vendors were un trustworthy, and the normal Joe dude’s off the street I send 6G's without even knowing them and get a grate deal every time.

Even 10g’s would be worth it, I put 10,600mi on my setup, just change the oil and drive it. 572rw, AC and 28mpg highway. Holly **** batman. I love it.
