gas problem in my city tuning and octane question

gas problem in my city tuning and octane question Ok heres the situation. My car is down getting 6.0liter ported truck heads on and a turbo cam. My internals are already forged with dished pistons. My compression will probably be about 8.9:1
I want to get it tuned to run on 93 octane at 12 lbs of boost ( I have 42lbs injections and a Walbro 340 fuel pump) I also was planning on getting another computer to run race gas. Well all of the sudden every single gas station in my city decides to get rid of 93 octane with no warning. Now all they have is 91. There is a race gas place that does sell 101 octane.
What I was thinking of doing is getting it tuned to run 91octance on 7lbs of boost and get another computer tuned to run 101 octane on 12lbs of boost.
1. For tuning purposes do I need to show up with 91 or 93 octance in the tank at the tuning place? Can I still get it tuned for race gas with 91 or 93 in the tank or will I have to make a return trip with 101 in the gas tank?
2. Basically what would do you if you were me?

to tune it youre going to need the gas youre tuning it for....logic.so tune it for 91 with 91 in the tank....then when you run trace gas either have a laptop handy or adjust it accordingly.just my opinion.
