the smog pump hose from the pump runs into a splitter that sends a hose to each manifold well on top of that splitter is a small vacuum line that runs into a sensor that sets on top of the intake will I have any problems because I removed this line. Once I get the headers & exhaust system in I will be ordering a pro charger will I have any problems tuning this thing with out the smog pump on or any other problems Related to this sensor, I know I have to deactivated the rear o2 sensors with the cats gone but not so sure about the smog pump stuff? I know that this is not a good place for this thread but since Im concerned about tuning it with a charger I put it here

That's your A.I.R. system. Removing it will cause your service engine light to come on but it won't hurt your performance. If you know someone with LS1edit or HPtuners they can erase the code so your SES stays off.
