might sound like a stupid question I have head cam car 405 rwhp 6.0 heads what pro charger would you guys recommend and where to buy thnks in adv I want to keep air

I would recommend going with the ATI ProCharger D-1SC. For '05 ATI increased the thickness of the intercoolers for the D-1SC by one inch, up to 4.5" thick. You will need larger fuel injectors, and I would go with injectors in the 60lb range. You will need a larger intank fuel pump set-up, and the Holley/Walbro pn# 12-914 forced induction pump works very well. You will also need a harmonic balancer from ATI Performance Products to work with the eight rib assembly.
Since you have heads and a cam already, you are going to need to be very careful about how much boost the engine builds to keep it at, or under 500 rwhp (as measured on a Mustang Chassis Dyno, 540 to 550 rwhp on a DynoJet), unless you have added forged pistons and better rods. Bob

yeah i was goin to ask about his motors bottom end...wouldnt he also need some new drivetrain upgrades TC/Clutch...rear end...stuff like that? I wanted to do a head and cam job on mine but i also want to run more psi than just maybe like only 5 or so on the stock bottom end...man that Z28 with 15 psi sure sounds yummy...sept for the cracked number 7 piston...how long it took to crack it finally?

Yes, here is a list I compiled together listing the different items needed.

It took quite a few dyno runs, many miles of driving, several different dragstrips to get the 126,000 mile engine to crack the number seven piston. We were surprised it lasted as long as it did. Bob
