Puzzling Turbo problem. Ok I've got a bone stock 01' LS1 in a SS camaro. I've had the STS rear turbo on the car for about 3 months now. Its the T-67 set for 5psi. The problem is that since the first tune which work great the sensor date has go to hell. It seems that the car doesn't want to read boost. The MAP won't read and the injectors seem to be working like they are supposed to but the car won't add timing like it should. Has anyone had these issues or have any Ideas? I really like the turbo but still have to drive the car every day to work. Any input would be great.

yeah I've got HPtuners. the stock MAP is only 1 bar but it will still read .5 past under bosst but its not even making it to 0 under boost. the car should be running 15* but hp says its only running 5*.

Ok let me clear this up I built his car.
On the dyno on Saturday his A/F was all over place compared to what it used to be 2 months ago.. When he enters boost the A/F drops to the low 10's high 9's then toward the top of the RPM band he go lean up to 13.8 or so..
I aborted the run..
threw hp tuners on it an went for a drive.. On the street the A/F seems to be closer to where it should be but it was still leaning out up top I looked at the injector duty cycle and it's threw the roof over 123%!!!!
Also for what ever reason the Map senor is still showing the car in a vacuum state even though the boost gauage is showing he has 5 psi of boost in the manafold..
Also this is the really strange part.. His time was setup to be 15.5 max in boost.. He is only seeing 5 to 8 degrees from where the car was orginally setup.
Also the car has no knock in it. And runs really strong off boost.
And his Air temp reading are going through the roof the ITA where at 170 degrees on the street on saturday..
I did not tune the car I just put the kit on and sent it out to the tuner. We'll be double checking the motor and most likely putting a new pump and injectors on it soon..
