hey jose,

In my gt55, what kind of wheel do you think Allan would be putting on as it will be in my 408?

Would a new wheel be benificial to me based off of your experience, or am I good as it is?

Agreed...Now if they can run the first 660 like th back half, N20 cars are going to need a real generous weight break!

I am keeping an eye on these 78 to 82 mm turbos you are talking about though..

In the GT55 you will have a 91mm wheel, but the turbine wheel is smaller then your average TV series thumper. To be honest with you right now I have not looked at the GT55 close enough to see the shaft size and length. Later we will probably have some new wheels for those units as well, but its going to take some time.

Phil, yeah the 660 is a bit soft still for the turbo cars. The wheels will slowly be coming. We plan to phase them into some units to sell off the shelf.

Hey Jose, where are those pistons? No FMU, turbo or $$$ from Dalton either, I'm getting tired.

Brady, PM's are a part of this board. As for the pistons, they are coming from JE, we haven't recieved a ship date from them yet. Nothing I can do about the wait time from JE, I don't forge them myself. The other stuff, Dalton already spoke with you about this over 2 weeks ago and you guys came to a conclusion on your phone conversation, per Dalton. Call him at PTK (210-657-2706) and see where they stand on those parts. If their is anything else you need PM me...

I'm currently running a GT42-71. I assume a wheel will be available.

1. Ball park on rebuild price with the wheel?
2. Ball park on time before wheel will be available?

Thanks.

Right now we haven't finalized pricing since we are still looking at other wheels as well. As for timing, probably a few weeks at least before we are ready to go.

We have an 80mm version in final testing and today we are starting on an 82mm version. Also a 78 is available with a larger exducer. . Which is the 78 will be primarily made for the Supra's and high winding 4's.

The GT42 units are ready for the public. The GT42-80 is rated 1275hp. Will spool almost indentical to a 76 (~100rpm difference).

Do you have anything smaller, or will there be anything smaller then an 80 for the GT42? That's alittle more then I want to do.

Also, I know this may be a dumb question, but does it matter if the turbo is or is not a R version with the DBB?

Does not matter the center section. The shaft size is the same.
