the MAF is still in place, but MS is speed-density so it's not used for fueling control. The intake is a stock truck piece, as is the TB I believe.

The MegaSquirt is definitely up to the task, it works well, easy to use, and its stable. We had zero problems slapping one on the girlfriend's car and immediately taking it on the Hot Rod Power Tour. I'm using another on my LS1 Mustang project, but this time likely going to be running ONLY the MS, and no factory PCM
we saw 26psi peak but it quickly droped to 20psi for most of the run.
i took off the massair awhile back. might goto the track friday but i wont be cranking it "ALL" the way up, just some predragweek tuning.
stock truck intake and stock drive by wire throttle body.
i think it would do 800 on pump on the dyno but not on the street. as it is tuned now i think it will just barly do 800 on the street with the meth tossed in. have to add some race gas after that. i am running 2 nozles, a 15 and a 10 and the gain is turned up 3/4 of the way. then we tuned around the extra fuel just looking at the wideband and still shooting for a reported 11.5-1. i dont think i want to add any more meth just yet, going to play it a little safe till drag week and probably run a little race gas if 800rwhp isn't enough to get me to my goal of low 10's on drag week.
