making 800rwhp need help with 2 issues
#2. I finally made a full pass on the new set-up and blew the dip stick out. I thought that this problem was solved - I ran a hose from each valve cover, have a Z06 center valley cover, and ran all 3 points to a catch can. I was wondering if this could be turbulance in the bottom end or ring blow by. Does anyone think that a vacuum pump would fix the problem? Also, what inches of vacuum is required for use on the crank case?
A medium sized K&N on each vent worked well.
For your number 1 problem, you need to check the mfg's suggested hole size on the rail for your injectors. It is possible you have the wrong clearance there. The injectors, with O-rings, should fit snugly - even need a little oil on the O-rings to get in place - then they should be held down by the rail so they can't pop out or distort the O-ring.
