Which single turbo for 650HP?

Which single turbo for 650HP? What is a good turbo that will get me around 650Hp in a single turbo setup that does not have a ton of lag? I plan on building my own setup and am a bit confuse on what turbo would work best for me. Also, are there turbos that have internal wastegate that would suit my needs. I would like to keep my car streetable as well. I will probably also spray it a little as well. Help is appreciated.
An internal wastegate might not be the best idea for a lowehorsepower combination. Might not be able to control the boost at lower levels.
Less boost=more flow through wastegate.
What do you have in mind for your piping and intercooler?

Not too sure yet. I checked a matrix that you can choose the proper size turbo. It said a t72 ar-81 would be good for 700-800hp, which is in the range of 650 to the wheels. Is this really a good size turbo for this app?
