Default STS kit questions

i am considering the kit, and i just can't help but be worried about sucking up some water... anyone have any input concerning this?

also are there any recomended modifications to make to the kit... besides getting a FMIC?

and are there any other things i should know or look into before purchasing this kit? Your help would be greatly appreciated... as i don't know too much about this kit.

Thanks guys.

Jason

I believe the kit now comes with some type of stock to put on/around the filter to prevent water getting in/ making it more resistant. This topic has been brought up before, and i believe i saw that they had this sock for the filter.. Try a search in the mean-time... I really want a turbo kit as well, and i have been reading non-stop about all this stuff.. hope this helps!

very nice install... and i like the fact that you modified the IC piping to add some more ground clearance... i'm going to keep that in mind when putting a FMIC on mine, i'll probably have some questions for you
