pusher fan help? I installed my flex-a-lite 240 pusher fan on sunday to get ready for the turbo install but ran into some problems. when I hooked up the wires on the fan I cut the factory plugs one black one white on one fan then the blue and grey on the other the flex fan had the plugs wired together 2 white into one plug and 2 black in the other.when I wired them together I blew a fuse. now I fixed the fuse and still show a check engine light can someone please tell me the correct way to wire them up?
You need to take the white wires from the new fan and wire them up to one of the wires either the black or white abd the black ones will go to the other wire either blues or grey. It could be the oppsite of what I say(white w/ blue or grey and black w/ black or white) cause I really don't remember witch way it went. All I know is you will use one wire from each factory plug.
