Well let me make my prediction.

The first time the car actually hooks the 12 bolt will strip every tooth. The teeth will cause the rear to lock up. The driveshaft(the cheapest part) will hold causing the internals of the T-56 to disingrate. Now, the trans will lock causing the clutch to explode in the bellhousing. The motor will free rev because you haven't got your foot off the gas yet.(this is happening very quickly) The crank seizes and locks a piston in the cylinder just as that cylinder fires. Bye-Bye heads and block.

Oh, bye-bye wallet also. See above.

Maybe we should start calling your car "daisy-cutter"

right now, they are stock 2000 ls1

graphfoil gaskets, torque to yield bolts

the plan is LS6 heads, '02 metal gaskets, fasteners yet to be determined.

I will try OEM first, then ARP bolts, then studs, then i'll weld the heads on

You may also need to support the turbos with header instead of the manifolds. Thats a lot of weight and thermal expansion on the headers which could cause them to crack.

I know

i'm fully aware i will have the potential for cracks. I'm aware i may need to R&R them during the year to repair cracks.

I own a TIG, so i'm not concerned.

Harlan, I had been wondering if you realized what the main result of this project is going to be (breakage!). Obviously, you are well aware

I think Harlan enjoys breaking stuff. I've never seen someone as happy or proud as he was when he snapped his driveshaft at Grand Bend last summer

Y2KHalk once you get your manafolds done you need to make prints of them and post it. That way we can start making are own twin turbo kits.
Or maybe do a write up of your new "lighter" turbo kit that would rock!
