WHY STOCK??? OK on the vortech supercharger with aftercooler it says i have to use the stock air intake... but why the stock one is garbage. Is there a way to fabricate a pipe the same fit so i can use my MTI clear lid. Or does this void warrenty??? Should just clean up the inside of my stock air lid??? Thanks

Re: WHY STOCK??? instead of fabbing up something to the lid (which you could easily do i think), i would fab something with a HUGE conical K&N that picks up cold air from under the car (nice cold air)

That's really the only MAJOR restriction in the stock lids...It may help a bit.
Otherwise, the big conical filter would be best...
