exhaust charge pipe and outlet size. I have 2 1/8" outlets on the manifolds. Should I run 2 1/4 or 2 1/2" from the manifolds to the turbo? (Master Power GT45 T4 flange) Also the turbo is set up for a 3.5 inch downpipe, should I keep it 3.5" all the way back or step up to 4" under the car? Thanks

Either will work fine. 2 1/2" will make a nicer merge at the T4 flange. Either run 4" from the turbo or stick with the 3 1/2" all the way back. Just avoid tight bends and restrictive mufflers like Flowmasters.

2.5 is pretty popular for the up pipes. Just depends on your power goals, but 2.25 will be more then enough for your turbo.
on downpipes bigger is always better, but a 3.5" should be good up to 1000HP, and your turbo will run out of steam before that, so if its an inconviance, just run the 3.5 back
