Ok they only do wot timings from 4000rpms so what should I change my max timing to?

A guess, but I'll comment since noone else has yet. I see 22* kicked around a lot. 24 would be too much I think. People will probably say 20-22*. Depending on Octane & of course C/R.

What C/R?

well stock engine with a b1 cam and i would be running 100 octane
