is there a way to calculate injector size?
right now i am looking at a 6.0 with good exhaust and 10psi max
next year there is a chance that i will bore and stroke that 6.0 and put heads and a cam on, and just mabey run 10psi, what size injectors for that and can i get injectors that will work for both or do they need to be sized really close to what you need at the time.
oh, got another one for ya, anyone know how much air a whipple can pump, the kit i have is made for a 4.8-6.0 6psi, i am sure i can goto 9 or 10psi on a 6.0 but what about a 422 with heads and cam, anyone know if i can spin this thing fast enuff to feed something like that? doing some dreaming here.
injecter size = (expected bhp x .55)/number of injecters
the .55 is maximum load brake specific fuel consumption. It is different for N/A engines than for turbocharged ones. (lower) hope this helps a little.
