This is stupid.... I know this is stupid, but I have to ask... I bought a manual boost controller for my rear mount T70 setup and had a question about it. I purchased a Turbosmart 48mm progate, as well as a Turbosmart Megasonic BOV. I have a spring for the progate that runs 7psi, but I'm not exactly sure what spring is in it from the factory, it came with 3 additional springs, one that is really stiff, one that is medium, and one that is so tiny/light it's ridiculous, and on the paper it says something about "7psi/inner" for it. With the 7psi spring in, will I be able to close down the boost to 5psi with the 7 psi spring in? Also, what determines when the BOV will open if I'm running such little boost, is it only the signal from the manifold side that goes back to vacuum? I know these are stupid questions, but I have to know! =) Thank you in advance! 
It dosent matter how much boost you are running a blow off valve will function reguardless it will get louder with more psi on mine its hook up from the brake booster T and runs from behind the manafold im no turbo expert call or pm one
for the TS wastegate you will have the valve open at different points by the combination of springs you put in.
that list will tell ou what springs to put in for a certain amount of psi.
the inner and outer ones will combine for a total spring poundage
so when it calls for an inner and outer spring you put two in there (the inner drops "inside" the outer spring)
i think with the 7psi spring the minum you can boost to is 7psi, is there another spring, like a 5psi one? i forget and would have to look on mine to see what springs all come with it.
