Ati/C5/Damper help.

Ati/C5/Damper help. Hi to all;
We are trying to fit my friends new Ati SC kit for his 97 C5 but yesterday(Before the Ati install) we faced a problem...(Btw car haves 30000 miles and nobodys touches the internal engine or damper before)car is startnig to make some kind of engine noise ..we stopped and i cant bealive my eyes..the damper and pulley is almost out of the crank!The AC hoses and a few other hoses stops it.The belt is chewed up and i have to call help...a few hours later everythink is replaced(new hoses belt everythink is double checked there is no engine damage)The pulley and damper is installed (Factory speck)but the damper bolt is loose again we install a new bolt and its the same....today that bolt is installed and retorqued with a special lubricants a few hours later its the same problem..... i dont know what to do....we cant install the new Ati kit with top of on that loose damper...my mind is stopped.Btw i closely inspect the damper/crankshaft and there is nothing holding that damper/pulley except for a bolt i dont know the correct part name but older style SB Chevys some kind of key or whatever the name is.. ) built on the cranshaft/damper area to lock it righ..bu there is nothink on the LS1.

Ati super damper...is it good for our kind of application?Will it solve our problems? please send your ideas and comments on this.
