Question 12 rib procharger set up

does anyone have any info on the 12 rib setups for the d-1sc i am looking into upgrading from my 6 rib setup and just saw something on the 12 rib setup but was not able to find much information and direction would be greatly appriciated

I think the 12 rib is for LT1's

Correct. LT1's get the 12 rib, while the LS1's went up from the 6 rib to an 8 rib. Bob

Has there been any experimentation with the 12 rib on the LSX cars? I would think it would solve the slipping and shredding problems many people have.

I think the issue with the LS1 system is clearance since it is reverse mount and it would probably run into the radiator with a 12 rib...
