Re: 6.0 How much boost go for 12psi, but might be able to run more on the little 60-1 and you might not be able to get any power above 5500 with that little turbo, I'd go for the t76 if I were you. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> , but watch for knock. <img border="0" alt="[judgement]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" />

your combo is very similar to my old one..
t-60, 9.5:1 36#ers, 3.73 gear, ed wright tuning, and intercooled (turbotech kit)..
i ran as much as 13 psi with no problems but you have more displacement which means you will need more fuel than i did.. make sure you have a fuel pressure gauge and at least a 255lph high pressure pump. (walbro gss340)... this may out-do the injectors so be careful.
the turbo will be running more rpm as well so keep an eye on your IAT's.
also be conservative on timing, maybe 17* max at torque peak.
