Heads and FI?

Why don't I hear people doing heads/cam and FI? Is it just the expense of it all or is there a reason to use stock heads on an FI setup?

some people do, if they can afford it.
i did mine and it worked great

At first it's usually an either/or situation.

My next major step was to do heads/cam, but I realized my other internals would need beefing up... get the idea? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I then figured if I beefed up the internals, I may as well bore/stroke. THEN, it got bigger, and bigger... and...
