Re: Rev limiter and boost? I dont know how bad it is but it's not a good idea. I say this because the ls1 cuts off the fuel at the rpm limit.....no fuel is NOT what you want with forced induction. Probably doesnt hurt just to bump it tho. I hit mine a lot when it spins in first because it revs so quickly

Re: Rev limiter and boost? I've heard it said one guy damaged his A4 doing this consistently, as well. Either drop the shift point (1st gear is usually the culprit) or raise the rev limit, if you dare. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Re: Rev limiter and boost? I'm with Cablebandit. Rev limited by lack of fuel in force induction is very bad! But, maybe since all the fuel is cut it's not at bad as just going lean. Sounds dangerous though
