pros: alot of power, no belt power losses
cons: exhaust running, power lag from turbo

buttloads of torque at your disposal
awesome sound
ultimate sleeper
boost/fuel pressure gauges (chicks dig em too)
stock fuel economy and drive quality
many more

cons: cost to have it and keep it running correctly, breaking rear ends and clutches etc. tires

or were you asking a comparison to a supercharger or other turbo kit?
