ATI Procharger - hooking up boost gauge
Hey folks, I got the supercharger and I have an Autometer Boost/Vacuum gauge. I can figure out the light , but where do I hook the Boost line. I can hook it to a vacuum tee to get vacuum, but I'm thinking I would have to go right to the compressor to get Boost?
Please help! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

If I hook it only to a vacuum line, then how will I ever see Boost?? Is there two lines running into the T, one a vacuum source and one directly off the ATI head unit?

If you hook it to vacuum, THAT is what you want!
When boost kicks in, it is no longer vacuum, it is positive pressure... BOOST, baby! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
I have mine hooked up like Boggs:

And here is a buddy of mines hookup:

Yep, it worked. I hooked it up like Black LS1's buddy's pic, using a metal vacuum tree in the power brake line. Little hard to get back there and work in that cramped space, but it turns out nicely.
