Best Supercharger Cam?
Best Supercharger Cam? I am looking for a cam for a supercharger that is also good N/A and was wondering what the best would be for my plans. The cam is for an a4, needs to be close to passing emissions, good N/A power with a range of 2000-6500, and do not want the cam to shake the car apart. Some lope is ok, but not excessive with a 850 rpm idle. I hope to hear some of your ideas. Thanks

Re: Best Supercharger Cam? If you're worried about passing emmissions, try the Comp Cams 218/224 .527/.534 114 LSA. But if you've got a little more ***** <img border="0" alt="[devil]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_devil.gif" /> , you can go for the 224/227 .563/.569 114 LSA. Both of these cams are good N/A and great for LS1 superchargers, and you can get both of them from Thunder Racing for about $400 bucks.

Re: Best Supercharger Cam? Jackyl, how do you like that cam? Does it act like a stock cam as far as idle/stop and go traffic? And it's ok to use LS6 springs with that lift right? I'd been leaning towards that one.
