need help, fuel system. Oh and started up the 408. I really need help with my fuel system. Ok, just help me setup my car to be able to handle 500 rwhp for now. What pump, what injectors?
We started the 408 today at speed demon. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> I was shocked at how mild it was. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> This car could be making 650rwhp and the guy next to me would never even know it. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
but.... the water pump was makeing some funny noises so <img border="0" alt="[bang head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" /> Have to wait until thursday.

Re: need help, fuel system. Oh and started up the 408. for 500rwhp, id get 42lb svo's (my 42's have took up to 580rwhp on a mustang dyno, harlans old injectores) and a walbro 340 intank. ARE has a good plug and play version of this, i believe.
you might want to consider throwing (2) 340's intanks while your in their to meet your demands later.
stock regulator, lines and rails should hold for now, im using them and its alright.

Re: need help, fuel system. Oh and started up the 408. Yea, somewhere in the 42-55 lb/hr range should suit your needs.. Maybe try the LS1Speed fuel rails as well.. Dont forget a fuel pressure guage too, just to be safe..
