Bah, more issues!
2002 TA
STS kit with intercooler and T76 turbo
918 Springs
Turbosmart boost controller
LT headers
Strange 12-bolt w/ 3.73's
Speed Density tune (EFILive 2/3 bar), 11.5:1 A/F ratio
42# injectors
Racetronix fuel pump
When the STS was first installed, it ran flawlessly for about a month.
Then had an issue with misfires under boost, turned out to be an electrical issue, my local shop eventually swapped out the wiring harness to fix it. They checked the coil packs, injectors, pulled the heads to check for any valve damage/spring problems, and performed a compression test - Everything checked out fine.
Now it boosts fine to 2-3psi, when I get a loss of power and what sounds like backfiring again (sometimes, read on) - It clears up @ 4psi a and boosts up to 8psi, but it doesn't pull like it should. Another strange issue, if I go from no throttle to full throttle, the car does nothing - no boost, no acceleration, I have to start building boost before getting on it in order for it to spool.
I don't think the ABS/TCS plugs in the rear are water proof - 10 minutes of driving on wet roads and both lights come on. When it dries out, the lights are gone, but come back if I drive on wet roads again. Strange thing is, when the lights are on, the 2-3psi backfire sounds like it should (lots of pops), but when it's dry (no lights) it's just a very noticable loss of power. I'm not 100% positive on this, I only had one night of testing but that appears to be the trend... Is there any way the connectors are shorting out and causing my problem?
Any ideas from the guru's here? It's driving me nuts and I'm far from being any kind of expert on FI!
Thanks in advance!

Now that I'm starting my "weekend" I got some time to mess around with it. No codes yet and the injectors are new - Talked to my Tuner and he said the misfire problem I had was caused by fuel detonating in the exhaust system, not an actual misfire - Makes sense since it does it much less now (and no codes) than it did before he tuned it, not to mention the reek of fuel after driving it. I'll be meeting up with him this week to hopefully get it sorted out

In the meantime I'm going to spend my time off checking for codes and checking the turbosmart (I just figured out the "preset's don't directly correlate to boost pressure" last night, *sigh*).
Thanks for the input, once again ls1tech doesn't dissapoint
