John yeah I saw that. Just an adapted version of their current DBB center section. I am not a big fan of them. Had way to many issues with them on high pressure ratio applications. The other problem is you can't repair them. They are throw away.....which is super $$$$$$$. I like the ITS DBB MUCH better and its rebuildable.

so how would the 80GTS compare to the ITS80? also if I already had a 76GTS what would the price be to get it modified to be a 80GTS?

The ITS80 is a good unit, but what plagues it is the R-trim wheel. I have always said, take an 80mm compressor with the S-trim wheel and it would be a potent combo. The upgrade for exsisting 76GTS owners is $549. That includes wheel, machining and balancing.

as i recall you guys built nasty's with a 5" out tapering down to a 4" through the kmember. or am i mistaken?

Yep, both single 42 cars (kyle's and the mustang) are 5" taper to 4", then down and out.

My twin 42's are T4 since I'm only feeded each with half the motor, then dual 4" dowpipes (if you can call them that)

I suffer from the R wheel issues especially since my turbo is so far from the exhaust ports, but it's what I have to work with. ITS told me they also have a X wheel (most likely just a garret GTS wheel).

I'm pretty interested in going 80mm in the future, I have to see where the 76 gets me first though.

Are you going to flow them? I'm very interested to hear the differences. I know the R wheel is a 1.0 trim wheel which is kind of unusual.

Its going to be hard to flow them cause we don't have a test stand just for turbine wheels. And yes the R-trim has a wheel trim of 100. This is for a reason...I will explain once I get all the hard data.

For the guys that contacted on the S-trim vs R-trim comparison, we do have all the data in hand. I am not going to release all the specifics, but the R-trim WILL outflow the S-trim wheel. S-trim wheel is heavier by a few grams as well. The R-trim though has a slower spool property to it, but its due to the 100 Trim. If you guys want more info give us a call. Also we recommend the R-trim for guys that are stuck using the T4 frame on setups, to have at least a 350ci or larger.

We have some new compressor wheels that just came in this week and new turbine wheels as well. We will post some pics this upcoming week. We also have new Titanium wheels here as well. We will be throwing them on the scales to see what is the real difference other then strength. Also we plan to start the upgrades on the GT47's.

Kyle the "Tit " wheels are usually around twice the cost. So about 350-400 for the wheel alone. We are using them for our diesel high boost units (150+psi) turbos.

Jose, what turbo would you recommend for me? Im going to be doing a truck manifold build with a stock motor besides LS6 cam and good springs. I want to make 500-550, but have plenty of room to grow.
