Burning oil
Burning oil I just updated my P1SC to 7psi and I've noticed that I'm burning oil. Is this normal. About 1qt after 1500 miles. I have not lost any power. Anybody out there wanna make me feel better and tell me that this is normal?????? <img border="0" alt="[bang head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" />

if not your eating oil via the intake. feel the back of your TB blade and the inside of the intake. feel oil? my guess is you will. your losing power too cause the oil lowers your effective octane big time leading to ping a ding ding.

Re: Burning oil I'm buring oil as well, haven't gotten my car back yet to test, but the PCV system will be completely ditched, I'm running 2 breather valves...
I'm gonna be easy with the car for about 100-200 miles, if I see it buring a good amount of oil in that time period, then I don't know what I'm gonna do..
My car hasn't gotten a positive compression/leakdown on the driveside yet, still waiting on the heads to be put on, then this will take place...
