If they took you literally, you may not have gotten the answer you were looking for.
The D-1SC with the 4.10" pulley at Sea Level and stock motor with stock exhaust is about 5 PSI at 6000, approaching 7 PSI at 6300.
The 3.20" pulley with the same is about 12 PSI.
With headers, about 10 PSI.
4.10 pulley is about 3 PSI at 6000, peaking at 5 PSI around 6800 RPMs on a 422 CID engine with heads/cam and headers. 3.20 pulley will give about 8 PSI at 6000 RPMs and up.
