Default PCV Delete?

What would be the disadvantages of changing both valve cover breathers to small K@N filters?
I have the passenger side plugged on the TB right now so I don't lose boost, but that creates a vacuum leak only having the drivers side hooked up to the intake.(through the pass side valve cover, through the crankcase, and out the drivers side cover into the manifold unmeasured)
I did have a checkvalve on the pass side but this created extreme vacuum in the crankcase.
Will doing breathers on both sides cause any problems that I'm not aware of?

thanks, Rob

I run 2 breathers, one where the oil fill cap used to be, its a big one, and one on the back of the drivers side valve cover...the only problems I get is that the smoke likes to come inside the cabin, mine are smokestacks sometimes, you can see the smoke come out the nostrils off the hood...

They do drip onto the headers too... <img border="0" alt="[bang head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" />

smokinhawk > got pics? I'd like to see how you pulled that off. I myself am not that creative and have to steel ideas from others. <img border="0" alt="[bomb]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_bomb.gif" />

I dont have pics of it yet, But i used the lines are routed to a catch can and from the catch can to the air pump (i had my egr deleted so i have a free pump.) The pump, now bracketless sits to the left side of the battery, the the exhaust hose is routed down out side of the engine compartment.
