Default Keeping Cool

Will the OEM radiator and ATI supplied fan sufficiently cool my car in Virginia? I'm at that point in the install and pondering whether or not to install or upgrade the radiator or fans.

Mike if this summer is anything like last summer you'll probably wish you upgraded your fans.

I work out in Fairfax and get stuck in Woodrow Wilson Bridge traffic every afternoon coming back to Maryland. With the single ATI fan I could not leave the A/C running without the temps getting up in the mid 230's.(on ATAP) I never let them get any higher for fear of overheating. When I shut the A/C off the temps would pretty much sit right there until I got moving. Once moving temps are no problem.

No A/C on 100+ degree days SUCKS!! <img border="0" alt="[judgement]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" />

I don't even know if the dual SPAL fans will help with that but, anything is better than the single ATI fan.

i run straight water during the summer with 2 bottles of water wetter or the like and it only gets up near 200 at the end of a full pass, then setlles back around 180 on a-tap.

this is with the hypertech 160 stat and my fan settings low 175/180 high 180/185
