How much boost will it make?

I have an intercooled magnacharger on my Tahoe.Boost with a 3.4"pulley is 6lbs up to 4800rpm 7lbs to 5500rpm and 9lbs at 6000rpm.I'm thinking about going to a 3.25"pulley how much boost do you guys think it would make?Would a 3.0"pulley be to much?I'm running a 5.3 with longtube headers with a 3" flowmaster catback.

Hey Witt, I have the same supercharger but haven't yet installed mine. Where have you found the different sized pulleys?

I found pulleys at more than one place,they fit the eaton supercharger used on 3.8 liter supercharged Buicks and Pontiacs with keyed pulleys.They use a model 90 Eaton supercharger,ours is a later version of the model 112,simalar to the one used on a Ford Lightning.Lightning pulleys are 8 groove and pressed on while ours are 6 groove and keyed.A company called Pulleyboys has sizes 2.75",2.90",3.0" and 3.25".South Florida Pulleys can make a modular system that has a hub and interchangable pulleys.
