I couldnt find it on Speed Inc's site, where can I get one from? Does Stenod make one??

Also do I need 2 for a twin turbo setup or just one? I found one them for $645, which is better, this one or the EBoost 2?

speed inc sells them you just have to call. Its the innovative one that they sell in their kit.

So do I need one or two since I am running twin turbos? I found it, is this the best one or is the NLR one better? And idea on what the best boost controller is??

You just need one controller. I really like my Turbosmart EBoost 2. Do a search and you'll find others that like it as well. Whatever you do, stay away from APEXI.
