Default help me build a fi motor

hey guys i need some help building an fi motor and need your opinions I have 3 options

I have a stock 5.3 iron block i could use and just throw in forged pistons?

Or i can use the stock 5.3 block with a 4.8 crank with a shorter stroke and rev it higher?

Also i have a ls1 out of a c5 that i could use?

So what do you think should i rev it high or keep it friendly when i mean rev high i mean 7500 rpms + i will be doing a twin turbo setup with t3/t4 hypbrid turbos
