ATI guys with A4 - tranny cooler?

ATI guys with A4 - tranny cooler? Procharger A4 guys with the dual ICs under the front facia.
I went to Jegs yesterday and bought a Perma-Cool 24,000 GVW tranny cooler with 10" electric fan. But where do I mount it? I see nowhere under the car where it will fit nicely and be able to suck in surrounding air(doesn't need direct airflow, that's what the fan is for).
Anyone have any advice or experience?
