Vortech 6# kit ?>>
Vortech 6# kit ?>> Is the Vortech 6# non-intercooled kit worth to do on my SS. Does the kit come with everything i will need, other than some new plugs and wires? I have the money to get this kit now and dont wanna run more than 6# since the car has 40,100 mi on it. I prob will get the intercooler in the middle of the summer but still on run 6#, will this be a good setup?
I have the mods listed below and also just ordered some Hooker LT's and their y-pipe.
I would like to go with the ATI since i have it on the vette but i dont wanna go extreme with the daily driver. Does it make since to do the Vortech 6# kit? thanks! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Re: Vortech 6# kit ?>> With the ati 4# kit that comes with the FMU and pump would you have to do any more fuel upgrades and what about tuning could you leave the stock settings with this set up. because this kit is only $200 more and is intercooled and runs less bost but has no computer tuning so could i just leave the computer alone with this kit?
Re: Vortech 6# kit ?>> You will see about 100hp from the 6# kit and can upgrade to the Aftercooler and 9# pulley in the future if you find that you want more horsepower. This along with the 4# ATI kit comes with everything you need for the install. Computer programming won't be required for this ATI kit.

Tbyrne I have ordered a lot of stuff from you and will be ordering this kit from you and some stuff for our zo6 from you soon. Im very pleased with what you have done. My family is in the Gm dealership business for 75 years(dad owns it now im 17, im up next hopefully!) now so I can appreciate a company with good customer relations
