Air flow at Idle Incon Kit

Air flow at Idle Incon Kit I am having a major problem with idling with the kit. Finally got the car running. The idle is ok in park, but in drive or neutral it sucks. It surges big time and cant even think about the air conditioner. My air flow at idle (500) is only about 5 g/s or about half what is programmed in pcm. My idle will fall to about 250 rpm then catches itself. AFR is 14.7 on the in car wideband. I am making about 8 in HG at idle or 29 kpa and its pretty steady.
I am sure this is killing my iac, but cant log it because windows version of autotap wont log it. Any way whats everyone else running. I will bust out my old laptop and get the iac counts tomorrow.
So far this is the only problem, car runs pretty decent up top considering only running 5 psi at the crappy altitude of 4200 ft. I need to tweak the afr curves running at tad lean at 12.8:1.
