Help! Are my heads warped

My car overheated and I pulled over let it cool and try to make it home. it happenned about 5 times, and temp was almost but never on red. Now I have coolant in the exhaust(white smoke) but the car acts and idles normal until the coolant runs thru and it'll get hot, my question is what temp. does it take to warp the heads? I hope is just a gasket. I am running a gt42 turbo at 5lbs with patriot heads ls6 cam and stock head bolts now going with ARP bolts and cometic gaskets. help please !!!

you blew a gasket. If the heads are warped, just check them when you pull them, just get them milled as little as possible to make them true.

Cool thanks I hope is just the gaskets, but i will mill to be safe

You can have it checked before you mill it.
