gas mileage with supercharger?

How badly does a supercharger affect your gas mileage for daily driving? I keep hearing that it does affect it, but by how much? Lets assume no spirited driving, just daily driving.

I didn't notice any difference until I changed the gear. But mines not a daily driver. You only go into boost when you go WOT. Mine typically runs between 14 and 18 inches of vacuum.

You shouldn't really notice too much if you stay out of boost.
And you can get into boost at part-throttle.

You may notice a one to two mpg difference at normal crusing speeds, but that is about it. Bob

As one of the other members mentioned, only about 2 MPG. Now WOT is another story.

When I had a P1SC, I didn't notice any change unless I was at WOT. Just normal driving I still got stock gas mileage.
