Vortech dyno run 2004 GTO Here is a quicktime file you can download. Dyno run last year. Starts out full blast but later you can hear lower rpms and the blower.

NOTE: Blower sound is much louder in this clip. Blower was actually replaced under warranty a few days later. Front bearing went out. It was actually my fault but they covered it anyway (too much belt tension). Much quieter now, requires only light tension now, no slipping. 8 rib off crank pulley.

I've got a buddy with a D1SC and can't say there is a noticable difference between the two. I guess they are probably a little different but you wouldn't notice unless you were trying to listen for it. The T-trim is louder than the SQ G-trim I originally had but still pretty sedate. Just loud enough for people in the know to know its blown and to sound cool in the car. The other fools think I've got a bad alternator.
