What type oil are you using?

What type oil are you using? For your supercharged applications? My engine builder recommended I use 20w 50 for my vortech s/c'd 396 LT1. This sounds kinda heavy/ thick for the supercharger. Whaddya think?

My engine builder also recommended 20W 50. I would guess that turbos and superchargers could use whatever the engine is using. The manufactures of them cannot control the oil used in the engine, and as such must design for all oil types. I'm not worried at all.
