Default Which plugs to use and at what gap?

For a 94 Z28 with a 396 LT4 using a vortech T trim @ 12 PSI

We are now using NGK TR5's gapped at .035 but are still blowing spark out on the top end.

Any suggestions of a plug that may work?

try tr-6's at .30-.35. If those don't work try tr-7's until you find something that works. I use Tr-6's gapped at .32 with 8.6 PSI of boost on a 398 without any issues.

I've tried TR6's @ .035 and that didn't work. I figured I would have to go to a colder plug and probably gap it around .028 but I wanted to see what every one else thought first.

I am not familiar with LT1 PCM's but maybe your dwell needs to be changed(i am not sure of the programming capabilities of LT1 edit so this may be completely off the wall).

I know that there is differences between s/c's and turbo's but my boost was blowing out w/ .035, but we regapped the plugs (tr-6's) to .030 and it made the world of difference.
