Default running plumbing outside the engine bay

i will be running all the major plumbing outside the engine bay in all probability, for aesthetics, if it does not interfere with efficiency so much that i do not hit my goal, shouldnt, but anhow, question is, how much better is this going to be for cooling? anything noteworthy? tt setup on a super seven replica, heres a pic

now get rid of the gay round lights and imagine turbos and all sorts of plumbing jet coated flat black stickin out each side....now someone answer my stupid question please

I like your pick for a car...That thing will be a rocket ship with something turbocharged...

As far as your question...If you use aluminum tubing on the cold side it might give you a bit of help out in the air like that...

Now if you welded fins on it like a heat sink you might make a bigger difference...

hmm, interesting idea, my non edumacated in the ways of cars brain tells me getting the exhaust plumbing, turbo and all, outside the engine bay removes alot of the residual heat, or maybe im wrong, but it seems like doing that would assist in better air flow through the bay as well as putting a barrier between the motor and all that hot metal, just seems like it will make some sort of difference. the new ultralite weighs in at 1047 lbs on road ready to roll with a 2 liter vtec honda motor in it. as is it will outperform most cars on the road, but i want more.

Ah...I miss read your post the first time...I was thinking only the cold side was what your were wanting to run "outside"...
If you run the turbo etc. outside like you are planing would most likely lower the temp in the engine bay quite a bit...

1047# WOW... Won't take much to make that thing a rocket ship...
