Procharger makin some weird noises
Procharger makin some weird noises Well, i tryed the search but Brains said it was out of order 
(hopefully i wont get banned for this HAHAHAHA)
Well anyways, i put a brand spankin new Procharger on the car and hooked everything up used the 8 rib pulley system, put oil in the head unit, and started her up.
The car sounds like it has alot of grinding type noise goin on for some reason! I turned the volute (hope that is the right word) alot to get the custome 3" FMIC piping to work. Do you think that may be a problem. It almost sounds like it is coming from the charger or the bracketry some where.
I though i saw a thread where some prochargers will make noise like that until it is broken in, is this true??

ATI ProChargers typically make more noise until about the 500 mile mark, as the straight cut gears need to get broken in. Also, make sure the blower belt is tight. The belts tend to stretch after about a half hour of use. A loose belt will also cause it to make noise. Bob
