Default power loss problem

Hello I have a 01 Z/28 that has a stalling or dieing out problem only under forward motion (any g force) it runs great idels fine and drives perfectly till you step on it and then it starts to go and either cuts off and on or just dies out completely. the engine is all stock with just pushrods and valve springs internaly, it has a sts trubo on it and it worked fine while on the dyno but the second it has momentum forward i run into this problem. it did set a code for the fuel pump circuit so the fuel system and oil system are rewired with relays but the problem still exists. Well I checked all the connections Ground and battery cables and i cleaned some up but it still has the same problem. It runs great did a burnout and at the top of the burnout it lost power and then came back. after heating the tires a bit i launched the car and just as it starts really making power with the turbo it blows all the pressure and stalls then starts from to charge again and stalls again. it is not dieing out but just dropping to about 500 to 1000 rpm then taking off again. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! I just want to get this fixed so I can feel the 500 hp and 500 lbs torque it made on the dyno. Also it did not have this problem on the dyno at all it is just when the car gets moving forward. I am starting to think it may have something to do with the e-boost controller somehow due to it blowing off all the pressure at about the exact same time as the problem. What do you guy's think?
any and all help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
thanks in advance
jess

Make sure all the intake piping is connected and not leaking, check that your IAT sensor is hooked up and functional, and make sure the MAF is hooked up right.

Also get a fuel pressure gauge and make sure it is holding pressure. Do you have a stock pump or aftermarket? If you made 500rwhp on the dyno and you still have the stock pump, then you definitely need to upgrade the pump.
Go with a Walbro!

Sounds like a fuel issue, dose it happen with a full tank? Is fuel prs dropping off at that point? Filter clean?

definitly not fuel related it has a walboro 255 in tank and a inline bosh booster pump it has new fuel filter 60#injectors intake piping is good and tight the iat sensor is working properly and is secure in the intake piping the maf is in correctly and facing the right direction and it happens with a full tank of fuel. all these things have been done already and checked. thanks for your insight on the problem but what else do you guys think. i am going crazy with this problem and dont know where to look i am going to try and change the boost controller today and see if it changes anything i am going to try it at about 5 lbs of boost and see what that does it is set right now at 10 lbs so maybe there is something wrong with the setting on the boost controller i am thinking i saw in the directions for the e-boost 2 that it has a over boost shut down and i am thinking maybe that is what is happening. it may be calibrated wrong and thinking that there is too much boost in piping and blowing off all the pressure and with it happening so quickly i might not be seeing it happen. i will let you guy's know what i find but any other ideas would be great!!!!
thanks again

also on the dyno it made 498 hp on 8 lbs of boost through a ford aod trans and a moser 12 bolt with 373 gears on slicks which i was told could change the hp rating a little bit and made 500 lbs torque
just thought i would let you all know what the power was!
i cant wait to harness it on the tire and make that first pass to the finish line
