LS2 block strength?
I know Mike's running an LS2 block in his CE and it's going pretty quick for a street car 
I'm hoping to find out if mine will live on the dyno soon, i'd like to see 1500 minimum at the crank.

So your saying my LS2 with a callies or maybe a LS7 crank with oliver rods,cp pistons,good heads ,custom cam and a gt-47 w/ air to water should be safe with a good tune.
I know the LS7 uses a different crank sensor, waiting for someone to make it work with a LS1 computer. I get a decent price since I work at a GM dealer.

Newbie question: When someone puts a LS2 block into a Trans Am, Camaro, vette, etc... What does that eliminate? A/C? P/S? Any of that stuff? Any way you can keep it?

Thanks for taking the time to answer my simple question. I dont have the money to build this and wish I would have built a 6.0 instead. I am also probably using a 7.0 pan and dry sump oil system. It will be seeing 22+ on race gas and @10-12 daily.
hey rutan im in the same ship, right behind you, except im using a 418, when shyt smooths out, ill be building...i was thinkin the same turbo... let me know how your doin with progress...
