Default Avalanche manifolds?

In the market for some truck manifolds for a custom turbo build up and I ran across these. This setup will be for a 1969 camaro, how would a set of manifolds like these work out? I would imagine the dimension of them to be somewhere close to the stock cast?

I am running a set of 5.3 avalanche cast mani's. I would assume they are a direct fit header implying that they could bolt up to a stock exhaust on an avalanche. Mine are off a 2003 5.3 motor.

Good luck

Is fitment any different than the regular 5.3L/6.0L truck manifolds?

I would defintely use the 6.0 mani's for the turbo setup. I have seen some pretty hard times on a couple of them with boost and they glow red and don't break for dead.. that's what matters.

They are becoming more readily available watch ebay for em

There are a few cars on here running the 4.8 and 5.3 truck manis. Stenod runs 8's on their white formy. I dont see myself having any trouble with the 5.3 ones.

I matched the 5.3 avalanche cast manis to my 6.0 heads and they line up perfectly. I am going to port match them and the heads to the gasket.

Good luck

I think they're all the same truck manifolds... 4.8's, 5.3's, 6.0's... whether it's off an Avalanche or a Silverado or any other truck.... right?
