Default Where to install my STS meth tank and pump???

I'm looking for ideas for the best place to mount my methanol injection tank and pump in my 02 WS6. For the pump I'm looking at the open recessed area under the car on the pass. side across form the fuel filter. For the tank it's either in the storage area in the back of the car, or either ditch the tank and use my windshield washer-fluid tank. Anybody else have any ideas or opinions?

Should I worry about the meth boiling being that close to the engine compartment though?

No it takes a lot more heat than that. The only reason I could see for putting it in the rear would give you the ability to have a much bigger tank.

Both the tank and pump are mounted in the nose on mine. I hated to give up the washer fluid so mine's in a seperate tank that holds a shade less than a gallon.

I have a 1.8 gallon tank in the corner of my trunk...don't want to run out, nor get rid of my windshield wiper fluid. The feed line is zip-tied to my STS charge pipe running back to the front.

I like the idea of using a batt relocation kit... but the batt in the back... then in its place put the meth tank.

Most use the washer reservoir as the meth tank.
We usually put the meth pump right behind the drivers front turn signal; inside the splash shield. Easy to mount and ground.

Longrange, I was hoping we could do a battery relocate and run the intercooler pipe up through the hole for cooler charge air and shorter distance.
