ohh well i am waiting for my t76gts and i have lq9 heads with comp 921s all on stock block what is the reccomended rev on my car with not having any problems??

Rev her til she stops making power... but if not, stop around 7k...haven't seen many hyd roller's get taken over 7k.

ok well then what do you think about my cam i have now 232 238 595 605 114 +2 degres........... dont i need to pull timming out of the cam say like 232 595 605 on a 114 with like -8 or something??

if you're still on the stock shortblock, you might want some better rodbolts before raising the limiter.

right now i rev to about 6500 befor i shift but with a smaller duration cam wont i wont to rev lower and also i wont figure out were i stop makeing power till i get on the dyno im thinking..

well, the nice thing about FI is that you DONT have to spin the crap out of your motor to make power.

maybe you do to get in the sweet spot of the turbo.

im planning on spinning my motor to 7000rpm, i would like to spinning it to 7200 but im a little skeerd (hydro roller)

i'll rephrase.
you dont have to spin the motor to make crazy power.

but if you set it up to spin, you can make fuggin insane stupid amounts of power.

The dyno will really define what you'll set the limiter at. Most likely you'll want it around 6600 or so.

I always got quicker times in my turbo-mustang by short-shifting a lil.....I dont know if it was just a traction thing for the first few gears, but it seemed to load the turbo harder making it pull harder....i dunno how to explain, u guys know what i mean? you might be stilling making more power up top, but you can shift into the next gear and have full boost with not much spin. Maybe less power is being used, but less power is lost to the pavement.

that doesnt sound too wierd..
i know of two people with turbo cars that went faster after swapping their numerically high gears to something very low(numerically).
